Both my wife and I have been regulars at Hatch End Eyecare for over 5 years. Parant (Paz) is an excellent optician, very thorough and pays attention to detail. There is focus on the overall health of the eye, the eye exam includes scans (it is not just about the prescription). Its a relaxed atmosphere in there, we get personal attention every time, including a lot of patience in helping you choose glasses that look good on you. Our eye care is in good hands, I don't think we would ever go to another optician now.

Excellent service from Hatch End Eye Care! Parant, the optometrist conducted a very thorough eye exam, making sure I was comfortable and understood whole process. He even educated me about my eye health (which I've not had at another opticians before). I was also sent my retinal scans which is a lovely touch. The team there are also very professional and helpful, they gave very good advice when helping me choose my specs. Even the communication before and after my appointment was brilliant! Would definitely recommend this opticians!

I ordered a pair of glasses specifically specifying a particular glass material and thickness, however in the day I went to pick up my glasses, a cheaper glass material was used, noone informed of this change before picking it up and the cost was not reduced. Not professional.

Myself and my children have been visiting for six years now. Fantastic customer care, staff are friendly and put you at ease. I love the relaxed ambience ! Mr Bhudia is an excellent optometrist and is very thorough and professional. The technology and equipment are state of the art. Highly recommend!

The most important thing is that my new lenses are a huge improvement. Despite regular attendance at a different establishment with new glasses and lenses on an annual basis I was very concerned that I might have to quit driving. Thank heaven I 'broke' my 30+ year loyalty to my previous optician and came here. After a very thorough examination and much informative feedback on the results the resulting spectacles have made a vast difference to my ability to see. I can drive with confidence again. The bonus is a very comfortable and welcoming environment, lovely people and no high-pressure sales. I look forward to a very long relationship with this team.

My daughter was examined when she was hurt and explained clearly. Very polite, helpful staffs. My in law also visited and thoroughly examined. Last week I have been tested and helped what glass have to choose for the problem that I have. This was NOT told by other two clinics. would recommend this practice happily!

Paz is exceptional - Even for an NHS eye test he exhibits more care, attention and genuine interest that anyone else who has looked into my eyes. Specsavers might be cheaper (who knows) but I won't risk my sight with anyone else.

Wow! Hatch End Eyecare you are amazing! Thank you for the excellent service which you have given to myself and my husband. You came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. One doesn't like to sing the praises too highly of any service, as one fears the more popular they become the less chance you have of getting an appointment. However, we make an exception here. The name certainly doesn't mislead "Eyecare" with the emphasis on "care" is what we have received from both Parant and his professional, highly qualifed and charming staff. L and L Bex --

I have always received a very high level of customer service at Hatch End Eyecare. The staff are extremely professional with great expertise and you never feel rushed in any way. I would highly recommend a visit to this independent opticians in preference to one of the large chains.
